Terms of sale

These terms, in their version dated 14 September 2026, govern the sale of prezto.io, by Drafted By, an independent digital service operated within the European Union that generates editable PowerPoint presentations from text or documents.

One first slideshow may be generated free of charge per registered account. The new plans include 10 presentations per month for Pro at $14.90, 25 for Studio at $29.95, and 100 for Agence at $75.10. Annual prices, paid in one instalment, are $119.99, $241.33 and $605.34 respectively, with the same monthly allocation, renewed on the subscription anniversary day. If that day does not exist in a month, renewal takes place on the last day of that month; the original day is retained for subsequent months. Unused presentations do not roll over. Each generation deducts one presentation, with a maximum of 30 slides and 10 illustrations. Presentations included through a partner application are used first; once that quota is exhausted, one Prezto presentation is deducted. The first free Prezto export remains usable if it is still available. Requests above 30 slides are capped at 30. The deduction is shown before generation starts. A failed generation restores the presentation. The first free export is used upon its successful download. Downloading the same presentation again does not deduct another presentation. Historical contracts and balances are preserved. Displaying them as presentations does not change their remaining accounting value. The pricing page details the available plans.

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: at the next monthly renewal for a monthly plan, or at the annual renewal for an annual plan. No prorated refund is provided for the current period, whether monthly or annual.

Payment is made online by bank card through Stripe. prezto.io does not retain any card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

Before payment opens, an unticked checkbox collects, in a single explicit declaration, acceptance of these terms, the express request for immediate access to the service before the statutory withdrawal period ends, and acknowledgement of the possible consequences of this performance for that right. Immediate performance affects the right of withdrawal only under the conditions provided by law. Requests may be sent to [email protected].

Presentations are generated automatically from content supplied by the user. The user is responsible for reviewing and validating the generated content before any use or distribution.
